Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbio mobile game ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing Orbio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
Orbio has no age gate built into the app itself, but you must meet the minimum age required by your app store and by the laws of your country to use apps with advertising and in-app purchases. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and supervise your use of in-app purchases.
The app
Orbio is a single-player and optional-multiplayer arcade game. Core gameplay works fully offline; online multiplayer, daily leaderboards, and ads require a network connection. We may add, change, or remove features, game modes, or content at any time.
Your account-free play
Orbio does not require you to create an account. Where online features are used, the app signs you in anonymously so multiplayer rooms and leaderboards can function. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your device's anonymous session.
Nicknames and conduct
You may choose a display nickname. Nicknames are shown to other players in online matches and on daily leaderboards — choose one you would be comfortable with strangers seeing. Do not use a nickname that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates applicable law or your app store's content guidelines. We use automated filtering to catch obvious violations and may reset or block a nickname that gets through it. Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, or interfere with multiplayer matches or the daily leaderboard.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and play Orbio on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
In-app purchases and virtual items
Orbio offers optional purchases (such as a Pro unlock, ad removal, or cosmetic skin packs) processed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Virtual items and unlocks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable between accounts or devices except as the app itself allows. Purchases are billed and refunded according to the policies of the store you purchased through — we do not process payments or refunds directly. Orbio does not sell any purchase or in-game currency that provides a gameplay advantage over other players ("no pay-to-win"); paid content is cosmetic or convenience only.
Advertising
Free play in Orbio is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game perks. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and your consent choices.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (multiplayer, leaderboards) if you violate these Terms, without affecting your ability to play offline.
Disclaimer of warranties
Orbio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Online features depend on third-party services (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, app store payment platforms) that we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, virtual items, or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you through the app's store listing notes. Continuing to use Orbio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
